Our information security management system was recently audited and certified against one of the world's best-known standards for information security, ISO27001.
This means that Flexischools has a system to manage risks related to the security of information we own and handle, and that this system respects the best practices and principles enshrined in this international standard.

Flexischools is built and operates on Australian–based AWS cloud infrastructure.
Advanced data-encryption
At rest and in transit, data is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard-256 .

By categorising and separating data, each member of our team only has access to the data they need to perform their duties, further safeguarding customer data.
What is ISO27001?
ISO 27001 is one of the world's best-known standards for information security. It sets a global standard for how organisations should establish, organise, maintain, and continually improve their information security management systems.
Certification means that Flexischools’ information security management system, which is made up of the procedures, policies and controls we have in place to secure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information (including personal information) in our care, has been independently audited and found to meet this international standard, which is aligned with information security best practices.
Conformity with ISO27001 means that Flexischools has put in place a system to manage risks related to the security of information we own and handle, and that this system respects all the best practices and principles enshrined in the ISO27001 international standard.
